Thai Style Chicken Egg Noodles


  • Egg Noodles-1/2 packet
  • Chicken-200 gm (cut in stripes)
  • Beaten Eggs-2
  • Salt-to taste
  • Black pepper-as required
  • Turmeric powder-as required
  • White pepper-as required
  • Turmeric powder-as required
  • Oil-2 tbsp
  • Spring onion-1 green (chopped)
  • Oyster sauce-2tbsp
  • Worchester sauce-2 tbsp


  • Boil the noodles with little turmeric powder and drain it and keep aside.
  • Beat the eggs adding salt and black pepper powder. Take half of egg mixture and make 1 omelet, then again with the remaining egg mixture make 1 more omelet this way make 2 omelets and keep aside.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil add chopped garlic sauté it, add chicken strips sauté it, add spring onion mix and cook.
  • To this chicken mixture add boil noodles, salt, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce mix it well and cook.
  • Cut the omelets into strip mix it in chicken noodles mixture. Chicken Egg Noodles is ready.
  • Garnish it with coriander. Serve with sauce of your choice and enjoy 🙂
