Tala Hua Pyaz

Ingredients

  • Onion-2
  • Gram Flour (basin)-1 cup
  • Salt-to taste
  • Cumin-1/2tsp
  • Crushed Red Pepper-1/2tsp
  • Egg-1/2
  • Water-little bit
  • Coriander-as required
  • Mint-as required


Method

  • Cut the onions into rings and spread them (pyaz ko lachon main kat lain or lachay alag alag kar lein).
  • Now in a bowl put gram flour, salt, cumin, crushed red pepper, half egg, water, coriander, mint and make a thin mixture out of it.
  • Take another bowl and put onion in to dry gram flour.
  • After that dip onions in to thin mixture of gram flour and deep fry it till it turns crispy.
