Summer Salad


  1. Potato boiled1
  2. Kidney beans½ cup
  3. White beans½ cup
  4. Radish3 – 4
  5. Apple1
  6. Green capsicum1
  7. Red capsicum1
  8. Ice berghalf
  9. Tomatoes2
  10. Cucumber1
  11. Parsley chopped¼ bunch
  12. Saltto taste
  13. Crushed black pepper1 tsp
  14. Mayonnaise¼ cup
  15. Fresh cream¼ cup
  16. Lemon juice2 tbsp
  17. Mustard paste1 tbsp


  1. Finely chop radish, green capsicum, red capsicum, green capsicum, ice berg, tomato, cucumber and parsley.
  2. Now in a bowl mix all the chopped vegetables with boiled red and white beans.
  3. Also chop 1 boiled potatoes into small cubes, add to salad mixture and mix well.
  4. Finely chop and an apple and mix to the salad. Separately mix together ¼ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup fresh cream, 1 tbsp mustard paste and 2 tbsp lemon juice. Mix well.
  5. Lastly in a large bowl put together all the chopped vegetables, salt to taste, 1 tsp crushed black pepper and prepared dressing. Mix all well.
  6. Dish it out, serve chilled.
