Sugar Free Cream Caramel

IngredientsSugar Free Cream Caramel

  • 6 Eggs white
  • 1/2 liter Milk
  • 1/2 cup Sweetener

Method

  1. Take 06 nos egg, separate the egg whites from the egg yolks.
  2. In a bowl add 1/2 liter milk, 1/2 cup sweetener and the 6 separated eggs. Whisk well.
  3. Take a mould, sprinkle some sweetener at the base and heat it on a stove so that the sweetener melts.
  4. let the mould  cool down and pour the egg mixer cover it with  aluminum foil.
  5. Take a baking pan about 01 inch deep, put water in it , put the filled mould into the water, bake it at pre- oven 180c, for 10 to 12 minutes.
  6. Remove it from the oven, let it get cool, then refrigerate till set.Serve it chilled.
