<li>Spring onion 1</li>

<li>Lemon juice 1 tbsp</li>
<li>Garlic paste 1 tbsp</li>
<li>Flour  1 tbsp</li>
<li>Black pepper powder   ½ tsp</li>
<li>Corn flour 2 tbsp</li>
<li>Oil  for fry</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>

<h2>Method</h2>
<ol>
<li>In chopper put together 300 gm mutton mince, 1 medium size onion, 2 – 3 green chilies, ¼ bunch coriander leaves, 1 spring onion and 1 tbsp garlic paste.</li>
<li>Remove mixture in a bowl, add 1 egg, 2 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp flour, salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Mix well.</li>
<li>Remove sides of bread slices, press well with a rolling pin.</li>
<li>Spread each bread slice with a little mince mixture. Fold like a Swiss roll.</li>
<li>Form into strips, deep fry till golden brown and crisp.</li>
<li>Remove from oil serve with any sauce.</li>

<h2>Method</h2>
<ol>
<li>Mash the boiled potato well. Now in a bowl put together 4 chopped Green chilies, 1 tsp Black pepper, 1 tsp Cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp Crushed red chili, 1/2 tsp Salt, 2 tbsp Cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp Mozzarella cheese and 2 tbsp Mint leaves. Mix well.</li>
<li>Flatten the Bread slices using rolling pin. Fill the mixture in bread slices and fold like a Swiss roll.</li>
<li>Dip in 2 beaten egg, roll in 1 cup Flour and fry in hot oil. Delicious and crispy  are ready to serve.</li>

<h2>Method</h2>
<ul>
<li>Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and then in the pan add      sliced onion and fry it till it becomes soft.</li>
<li>Then add mince and also fry it, till all the water is      absorbed from the mince and it should be dry.</li>
<li>Sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves, salt, red chili      powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and cumin powder and mix it      and then pour little quantity of water and cover it with lid and let it      cook till it is done.</li>
<li>Take puff dough and make it flat by rolling the dough      and then cut into square pieces and keep at one side.</li>
<li>Beat the egg and put half of the mixture into mince      mixture (do not cook the beaten egg), and other half apply the beaten egg      on the edges and also at the top of puff pastry.</li>
<li>Take a square piece of puff pastry and put little mince      mixture on one side and cover it then from the other side seal the edge      with beaten egg, fold it in triangle shape like samosa.</li>
<li>Grease the oven tray with oil and put the patties on      it, and also apply the remaining egg mixture on it.</li>
<li>Preheat the oven at 250 degrees and grease the baking      tray with oil, keep the tray in it and bake the patties for 10-15 minutes      it should be golden brown.</li>

<li>After that add water in the mixture in order to make it pasty and smooth.</li>
<li>Then take a frying pan containing oil, heat it up and then fry this mixture like pakora.</li>
<li>Now put these pakora in water.</li>
<li>Beat the yogurt and along with it mix salt and sugar.</li>
<li>After that remove pakora from the water and mix it with yogurt.</li>

<h2>Method</h2>
<ul>
<li> To begin, first chop the onions.</li>
<li>Then  for making Chuntni you first take a blender and blend all the  ingredients of Coriander, mint, green chili blend it to the blender or  (sill pay pees lein).</li>
<li>Take a pan heat up oil in it, Put green chutni, tomato, onion and all the Masalay and cook it for a while.</li>
<li>After that add tamarind water and again cook it for a while.</li>
<li>In the end add chick pea and lemon syrup.</li>
<li>Garnish with chatt masala if you want to make it spicy.</li>
<li>Your Haray Masalay Wale Chunnay is now ready.</li>

<h2>Method</h2>

<li>To start, first boil the chick pea and potato.</li>
<li>Take a bowl put all the spices along with tamarind      paste in it.</li>
<li>After that add yogurt and papri.</li>
<li>Take a frying pan and pour oil in it and heat it up.</li>
<li>Now add onion, tomato, coriander, and mint in the oil      and fry it then put it on the chickpea.</li>
<li>Your Chuna Chaat is now ready.</li>
