<li>Dry mango powder         1 tsp</li>
<li>Coriander seeds crushed             1 tsp</li>
<li>Ginger garlic paste          1 tbsp</li>
<li>Chili powder      ½ tsp</li>
<li>Turmeric              ½ tsp</li>
<li>Coriander leaves             2 tbsp</li>
<li>Lemon juice       2 tbsp</li>
<li>Gram flour          2 – 3 tbsp</li>
<li>Salt        to taste</li>

<h2>Method</h2>
<ul>
<li>Cut ½ kg fish fillets into small pieces, marinate with 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp turmeric and 2 tbsp lemon juice.</li>
<li>Then add in salt to taste, 1 tsp crushed cumin seeds, 1 tsp crushed coriander leaves, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, ½ tsp chili powder and 1 tsp dry mango powder. Mix very well.</li>
<li>Now add 2 – 3 tbsp gram flour, 3 – 4 chopped green chilies and 2 tbsp coriander leaves. Mix well.</li>
<li>Now shallow fry till golden brown and crisp.</li>

<ul>
<li>In chopper put together ½ kg fish, 1 spring onion, 1 medium onion, 1 carrot, 3 green chilies, half red capsicum, ¼ bunch of parsley, ½ tsp black pepper and salt to taste.</li>
<li>Add 3 tbsp flour, 1 egg, 1 tbsp sesame seeds and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Mix very well and remove mixture in a bowl.</li>
<li>Add in ½ cup boiled peas, mix well.</li>
<li>Now make medium sized balls with the mixture, put balls in steamer, cook for 10 – 12 minutes.</li>
<li>Then remove from steamer, serve with chili garlic sauce.</li>

<li>Oil   ¼ cup</li>
<li>Cumin seeds roasted  1 tsp</li>
<li>Brown sugar  1 tbsp</li>
<li>Salt  to taste</li>
<li>Red food color  few drops</li>
<li>Boiled onion  1</li>

<h2>Method</h2>

<ol>
<li>Cut ½ kg fish into small pieces, keep aside.</li>
<li>In a pan put together 1 cup gram flour, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, salt to taste, 2 tbsp coriander leaves and a little water. Make into batter and keep aside.</li>
<li>Now dip fish pieces in batter and deep fry till golden brown.</li>
<li>Remove from oil and keep aside.</li>
<li>Blend together 10 – 12 boiled red chilies, ¼ cup lemon juice, ¼ cup oil, 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds, 1 tbsp brown sugar, salt to taste, few drops of red food color and 1 boiled chopped onion.</li>
<li>Blend well, remove sauce in a bowl and serve with fried fish.</li>

<h2>Method</h2>
<ul>
<li>Wash 300 gm prawns and cut from center. Open each prawn like book.</li>
<li>Cut 2 onion and 2 boiled tomatoes into slices, cut 1 green capsicum and 1 red capsicum into thin slices.</li>
<li>Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok, add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 300 gm fish and prawns.</li>
<li>Fry for 1 – 2 minutes and then remove.</li>
<li>In the same wok put together 1 chopped onion, 1 cinnamon stick and ½ tsp crushed fennel seeds. Cook till onion is tender.</li>
<li>Now add all the chopped vegetables, 1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 125 gm yogurt. Cook on medium flame for 3 – 4 minutes till all the vegetables are tender.</li>
<li>Add fried fish and prawns, mix well. Top with 2 tbsp coriander leaves and serve.</li>

<h2>Method</h2>
<ul>
<li>Firstly heat the oil and add chopped garlic, chopped      onions, whole dry red chilies, chopped tomatoes, curry leaves, mustard      seeds.</li>
<li>Cook it till the onion and tomatoes become soft.</li>
<li>Then sprinkle some red chilies powder, garam masala      powder, and turmeric powder, salt, fresh coriander leaves and then cook      it.</li>
<li>After that mix fish pieces along with it and cook it      nicely.</li>
<li>Lastly mix coconut milk in it and cook it till it is      done.</li>
<li>You can serve this dish with boiled rice as well.</li>

<h2>Method</h2>
<ul>
<li>Fry the fish first in a fry pan. In other pan heat little      oil and make sure you fry the onions till it turns light brown color.</li>
<li>Now      add tomatoes and pour little water in it.</li>
<li>Now grind the roasted black chickpeas and poppy seed      with little water in a grinder.</li>
<li>Add red chili, salt, all spices, chili flakes and half      cup of water and cook it till it thickens.</li>
<li>Add cumin seeds and coriander      and cook for more 1-2 minutes.</li>
<li>Now add poppy seed and chickpeas mixture and cook it      for 2-3 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water, cook it and cover it for 1-2 minutes.</li>
<li>Add fried fish in curry and garnish it with coriander      leaves and serve it with boiled or garlic rice.</li>
