Ingredients
- Pea Flour (Besin)-2 cup
- Potato-1
- Onion-1
- Capsicum-1
- Cabbage-1
- Spinach- some leaves
- Cumin (whole)-1 tea spoon
- Crushed cumin-1 tea spoon
- Crushed Coriander-1 tsp
- Crushed Red Pepper-1 tsp
- Sour powder-1 tsp
- Salt-As required
- Oil-For Frying
Method
- Take a bowl Put all the vegetables, spinach leaves, and all the ingredients mixed well.
- After that put water in it and make a thick mixture.
- Now take frying pan, Put oil in it and frying the pakore.
- When it gets golden brown in color then remove it from the oil.
