Sabzi Pakoray


  • Pea Flour (Besin)-2 cup
  • Potato-1
  • Onion-1
  • Capsicum-1
  • Cabbage-1
  • Spinach– some leaves
  • Cumin (whole)-1 tea spoon
  • Crushed cumin-1 tea spoon
  • Crushed Coriander-1 tsp
  • Crushed Red Pepper-1 tsp
  • Sour powder-1 tsp
  • Salt-As required
  • Oil-For Frying


  • Take a bowl Put all the vegetables, spinach leaves, and all the ingredients mixed well.
  • After that put water in it and make a thick mixture.
  • Now take frying pan, Put oil in it and frying the pakore.
  • When it gets golden brown in color then remove it from the oil.
