Qeeme ke Samosay


  • Minced-200 gram
  • Onion-1
  • Coriander-As required
  • Green Chili-2 to 3
  • Turmeric-1/4 tsp
  • Crushed Red Pepper-1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Salt-As required
  • Cumin-1/2 tsp
  • All Purpose Flour (maida)-1 cup
  • Ginger-1 piece
  • Garlic-2 to 3 cloves
  • Oil-2 tbsp
  • Oil-For frying


  • First of all take flour then add cumin, salt, oil water and make a smooth mixture.
  • After that take a frying pan heat up oil and put ginger,garlic and saute it.
  • Now add onion, minced, all the spices and cook it until minced gets soft.
  • After that add green chili, coriander and mix it well.
  • Take flour and make rectangular shape chapati and cut it like samosa strips.
  • fill up this strip and fold it like samosa.
  • Now deep fry it in the frying pan.
