Prawn Tempura

For Sauce

  1. Heat 1 tsp oil in sauce pan, add in 1 tsp chopped garlic and 2 tsp finely chopped spring onion.
  2.  Saute for 1 minute.
  3. Now add 3 tbsp Japanese soya sauce, 1 tsp Crushed red pepper and 2 tsp Castor sugar.
  4. Cook for few minutes and remove

For Batter

  1. In a bowl mix together 100 gm rice flour, 100 gm wheat flour, 100 gm corn flour and 2 pinch of salt.
  2. Make into thick consistency batter with Ice chilled water as required.
  3. Now dip each prawn in batter.
  4. Fry in very hot oil till golden and crisp.
  5. Serve with tempura sauce
