Prawn Salsa

Prawn Salsa

Ingredients:

  1. Prawns boiled300 gm
  2. Tomatoes boiled chopped2
  3. Capsicum1
  4. Garlic2 cloves
  5. Onion1
  6. Cucumber1
  7. Corn½ cup
  8. Green chilies4
  9. Lemon juice1 tbsp
  10. Coriander leaves¼ bunch
  11. Saltto taste
  12. Black pepper powder½ tsp
  13. Oil2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Boil 300 gm prawns and then finely chop. Keep aside.
  2. Finely chop 1 capsicum, 2 tomatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 onion, 4 green chilies and 1 cucumber. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, add in 2 cloves of chopped garlic. Sauté till golden brown.
  3. Now add all the chopped vegetables, ½ cup corn, 1 tbsp lemon juice, ¼ bunch of coriander leaves, ½ tsp black pepper powder and salt to taste. Mix well and fry for a few minutes.
  4. Lastly add boiled chopped prawns and mix well. Dish it out and serve.
