Piyazi Kabab

IngredientsPiyazi Kabab

  • Beef mince ½ kg
  • Green chilies 4
  • Onion fried 1
  • Onion 1
  • Garlic 4 – 5 cloves
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg & mace ½ tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds  1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
  • Gram flour (roasted) 4 tbsp
  • Kidney’s fat  125 gm

Method

  1. In chopper put together ½ kg mince, 1 raw onion, 4 green chilies and 3 tbsp coriander leaves. Chopperize well.
  2. Now add 4 – 5 cloves of garlic, 1 piece of ginger, 125 gm kidney’s fat, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp all spice powder, ½ tsp nutmeg mace powder, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric, salt to taste, 1 tbsp poppy seeds and 4 tbsp gram flour. Chopperize well.
  3. Lastly add 1 brown onion and mix well.
  4. Now make long kabab. Put in a greased oven proof tray, lastly bake in a preheated oven on 200 degrees for 10 – 12 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, serve with chutney.
