Mutton Leg steam masala

Ingredients
- Mutton Leg (Bakray ki rann)-1
- Onion-3
- Tomatoes-3
- Yogurt-½ kg
- Papaya paste-½ cup
- Ginger garlic paste-4 tbsp
- Green chilies-4 to 6
- Coriander leaves-½ bunch
- Mint-2 tbsp
- Crushed red chilies-1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder-1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds powder-2 tbsp
- Oil-1/4 cup
- Salt-to taste
- Water-as required
Method
- Take mutton leg and marinate it with papaya paste and salt in it.
- After that cook it for 20-25 min in steamer.
- Take a pan and put onion, ginger garlic paste, vegetables and all the ingredients (masalay) in it and cook it for a while.
- Now than add yogurt and water and cook, when oil is visible than add mutton leg in it, cook for 3-4 minutes and its ready to serve.
