Mutton Aloo Bukhara

IngredientsMutton Aloo Bukhara

  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Dry plum 250 gm
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Red chili  1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Turmeric  ½ tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Tomatoes chopperize 3
  • Ginger garlic paste  2 tbsp

Method

  1. In a pan heat ¼ cup oil, add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and ½ kg mutton.
  2. Fry well till its color turn to golden brown.
  3. Now add 1 tbsp chili powder, salt to taste, ½ tsp turmeric and water as required.
  4. Cover and cook on low flame for 20 – 25 minutes.
  5. Now remove lid, add 250 gm dry plum, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, ½ tsp all spice and 3 ground tomatoes.
  6. Fry well on high flame till water dries.
  7. Dish it out and serve hot.
