Muthi Kabab

Ingredients

  • Gram Flour-3tbsp
  • Minced-250gm
  • Coriander-as required
  • Green Chili-2to3
  • Mint-as required
  • Onion-1
  • Tomato-1 (normal)
  • Salt-to taste
  • Cumin-1/2tsp
  • Chaat Masala-1/2tsp
  • Egg-1
  • Crushed Red Pepper-1/2tsp
  • Crushed pomegranate Seeds-1/2tsp
  • Oil-for frying

Method

  • Take a bowl containing mince, onion, tomato, coriander, mint, green chili, cumin, salt, chaat masala, crushed red pepper, pomegranate seeds, egg, and gram flour and mix them all well.
  • Now with this mixture, make a round ball shape like a kabab.
  • Take a frying pan and heat up oil in it.
  • Deep fry the kababs till it turns dark brown in color.
  • As soon it is cooked serve it on a plate.
  • Your Muthi Kabab is now ready.
