- Mint-½ bunch
- Milk-1 glass
- Cream-1/2 cup
- Sugar-3 tbsp
- Ice-as needed
- To start of first boil the mint leaves into a hot water for 1-2 minutes. Do not let the color changed.
- Then in the blender put the boiled mint water along with sugar and milk. Blend it till the sugar and mint gets dissolved completely.
- Now add cream and ice and blend it again.
- Pour it in glass and garnish it with mint leaves.
