Masala Fried Fish

Ingredients

  • Fish Flay-2
  • Egg-2
  • Salt-To taste
  • Crushed Red Pepper-1/2 tsp
  • Crushed Pomegranate seeds-1/2 tsp
  • Cumin-1/2 tsp
  • Crushed Cumin-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric-1/4 tsp
  • Coriander, Mint-As required
  • Green Chili-2 to 3
  • Ginger-1 medium piece
  • Garlic-2 to 4 cloves
  • Gram Flour (basen)-2tbsp

Method

  • Cut Fish Flay in cubes.
  • Take a bowl put gram flour, ginger, garlic, all spices, coriander, mint, egg fish and mix it well.
  • Heat up oil in it and deep fry it.
  • Serve it with different Chutni.
