Masala Fried Fish

Ingredients
- Fish Flay-2
- Egg-2
- Salt-To taste
- Crushed Red Pepper-1/2 tsp
- Crushed Pomegranate seeds-1/2 tsp
- Cumin-1/2 tsp
- Crushed Cumin-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric-1/4 tsp
- Coriander, Mint-As required
- Green Chili-2 to 3
- Ginger-1 medium piece
- Garlic-2 to 4 cloves
- Gram Flour (basen)-2tbsp
Method
- Cut Fish Flay in cubes.
- Take a bowl put gram flour, ginger, garlic, all spices, coriander, mint, egg fish and mix it well.
- Heat up oil in it and deep fry it.
- Serve it with different Chutni.
