Kutae Huae Kebab

Kutae Huae Kebab

Ingredients:

  1. Undercut beef 1/2kg
  2. Yogurt 125g
  3. Whole Red chili 5-6
  4. Green chilies 2-3
  5. Crushed red chilies 1tsp
  6. Turmeric 1tsp
  7. Crushed cumin 1tsp
  8. Crushed coriander 1tsp
  9. Onion 1
  10. Coriander 1/4bunch
  11. Egg 1
  12. Flour 2tbsp
  13. Gram flour 1tbsp
  14. Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  15. All spice powder 1/2tsp
  16. Desiccated coconut 2tbsp
  17. Finely chopped almonds and pistachios 50g
  18. Oil 2tbsp
  19. Water 1/2cup

Method:

  1. Ina wok heat 2tbsp oil and add 1tbsp ginger garlic paste.
  2. Fry for a few minutes Add ½ kg beef undercut pieces and cook until the water given out by the meat dries and the latter becomes tender Add 2-3 green chilies , 5-6 red chilies , 125g yogurt,1tsp crushed cumin,1tsp crushed coriander,1 chopped onion, ¼ bunch chopped coriander ,1/2tsp all spice powder,2tbsp desiccated kebab,2tbsp flour,1tbsp gram flour and one egg Add ½ cup water, cover and cook for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Uncover the pan and cook until the water dries.
  4. Turn the flame off and crush the meat .
  5. Add the flour, gram flour and a beaten egg.
  6. Shape the mixture into round kebabs and shallow fry until golden brown.
