Garma Garam Khata Soup

Ingredients

  • Chicken-100gram (Boneless)
  • Capsicum-1
  • Carrot-1
  • Cabbage-1/4
  • Spring onion-1
  • Egg-1
  • Yakhni-2 to 3 cups
  • Cornflour-4tbsp
  • Chili Garlic Sauce-3tbsp
  • Tomato Ketchup-2tbsp
  • Wooster Sauce-2tbsp
  • Salt-As required
  • Black pepper powder-1/4 tsp
  • White Pepper-1/4 tsp

Method

  • Take yakhni add chicken in it.
  • Cut all the vegetables in julian cutting (lambai) and mix it in it the chicken.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients in it and cook it into 5 minutes.
  • When it gets boiled then add cornflour and cook it until it gets thick.
  • Mix egg slowly and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.
