- Bread-as required
- Black pepper-as required
- Salt-to taste
- Chopped onion, tomato and cucumber.
- Cut bread in to small pieces.
- Take a frying pan heat up oil in it and fry bread pieces until it turns light brown in color.
- Take mayonnaise and add milk in it.
- Take a bowl put all the vegetable, croutons, mayonnaise, black pepper, salt and mix it well.
- Garnish it with tomato and salad leaves.
