Chicken Roll


  • Pita Bread-2
  • Chicken-250 gram
  • Ginger-1 medium piece
  • Garlic-2 to 3 clove
  • Capsicum-1/2
  • Carrot-1/2
  • Cabbage-Little bit
  • Spring Onion-2
  • Salt-As required
  • Crushed Red Pepper-1/2 tsp
  • Khatai Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Red Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper-As required
  • Oil-For frying
  • Oil-2 tbsp


  • Take a pan containing 2tsp of oil in it.
  • After that add Ginger/Garlic, chicken pieces, onion, carrot, cabbage, capsicum, spring onion, salt, crushed red pepper, black pepper, khatai, red pepper powder and fry all together well.
  • Now take another frying pan and just add very little quantity of oil and add light brown pita bread in it.
  • Then in the pita bread fill it with all vegetable mixture along with chicken and then make a roll of out it.
  • After that fry these rolls in deep oil till it turn golden brown in color.
  • Then dish it out on a serving plate and can have it with ketchup.
