Chicken Roast


  • Chicken-1 (with skin)
  • Wooster Sauce-4 tbsp
  • Ginger/Garlic Paste-1 tbsp
  • Lemon-2
  • Onion-1
  • Spring onion (leaves)-1
  • Ginger-1 medium piece
  • Garlic-3 clove
  • Cinnamon powder-1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper-1/4 tsp
  • White pepper-1/4 tsp
  • Salt-To taste
  • Oil-As required


  • Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients of wooster sauce, garlic, ginger, lemon syrup, cinnamon powder, salt, black pepper, white pepper.
  • Now spread this mixture all over the chicken.
  • After that chop finely all vegetables of spring onion leaves, onion, ginger piece, garlic clove put it over the chicken.
  • Now take a brush and brush the oil on the chicken and fold it with a silver foil paper.
  • Then put the chicken into pre-heated oven of 180 degree and then heat the chicken for 40 to 45 minutes.
  • Then finally your Roasted Chicken is now ready.
