Cheese Samosa


  • All Purpose Flour (Maida)-1 cup
  • Salt-to taste
  • Cumin-1/2tsp
  • Oil-3tbsp
  • Cottage Cheese-1packet
  • Coriander, Mint-as required


  • First make dough by taking flour, along with it put salt, cumin, and water and then leave it for a while.
  • Then take cottage cheeseĀ and mix it with coriander and mint.
  • Now with that dough make a round shape out of it.
  • After that roll on in a smooth surface and make it like a chapatti and cut it in a circle shape with the help of template.
  • Take these circle shaped chapatti, put water in the side of chapatti and fry it in oil.
