Blue Berry Fresh Custard


  1. Egg6
  2. Sugar1 cup
  3. Milk½ liter
  4. Blueberry1 cup
  5. Vanilla essencefew drops


  1. In a wok heat ½ liter of milk, ad in 1 cup sugar and mix well.
  2. Beat 6 eggs very well in a bowl, slowly add to the boiling milk and stir continuously.
  3. Add a few drops of vanilla essence and mix well. Cook till custard thickens, now add ½ cup blueberry and mix well.
  4. Now pour in a serving bowl or individual glasses, garnish with blueberries and serve chilled.
