Besan k Pakoray


  • Pea Flour-1 cup
  • Crushed Red Pepper-1/2 tsp
  • Baking Powder-1/4 tsp
  • Coriander-1/2 Bunch
  • Mint Leaves-1/2 Bunch
  • Green Chili-2 to 3
  • Cumin-1/2 tsp
  • Salt-to taste
  • Onion-2
  • Oil-for frying


  • Cut the onion.
  • Take a bowl put onion, coriander, mint, green chili, pea flour, and all the ingredients and mix it well.
  • Now put water and make a thick paste as you want.
  • Fry it in the oil and serve it with different chutni.
