<h2>Method</h2>
<ol>
<li>Wash and soak the rie for 25-30 minutes.</li>
<li>Take a medium sized skillet add the mutton, cinnamon, big cardamom, bay leaf, cloves, chopped onions, crushed red chilies, cumin, black pepper, garam masala and 6 glasses of water. Cook on a low flame.</li>
<li>In a separate pan heat oil and fry the chopped onion still they turn brown. Then add the mutton stock along with the meat.</li>
<li>Whip the yogurt and pour it into the meat.</li>
<li>When the mixture starts to boil add the rice and whole green chilies.</li>
<li>When the water dries, cover and simmer the rice for  5 minutes.</li>
<li>Your Punjabi <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em><strong>Yakhni Pulao</strong></em></span> is ready, dish out and serve.</li>

<p><strong>Ingredients for garnishing</strong></p>

<li>1 Fried onion</li>
<li>3 Chopped green chilies</li>

<h2>Method</h2>
<ol>
<li>Heat oil in a large skillet.</li>
<li>Fry the chopped onion till it turns dark brown. Remove and place the fried onions on an absorbent tissue paper, to drain the oil.Crush with your hands.</li>
<li>In the same skillet add the beef, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, bay leaf, a stick of cinnamon and turmeric powder.</li>
<li>Fry until the oil forms a separate layer on top.</li>
<li>Then add   the nutmeg   cardamoms, fennel seeds and water. Cook until the beef tenders.</li>
<li>Mix the corn flour in milk and pour the mixture in the gravy, stirring continuously.</li>
<li>Reduce the flame to a simmer and cook for another 10 minutes.Serve in a dish and garnish with chopped coriander, brown onions and chopped ginger, lastly sprinkle the garam masala on top and your <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em><strong>Beef Nihari</strong></em></span> is ready toserve.</li>

<h2>Method</h2>
<ol>
<li>Grind together  2 tbsp of roasted  chickpeas, 1 tsp of white cumin seeds, 1 tsp of black cumin seeds, 1 tbsp of poppy seeds, 6 black pepper whole, 4 cloves and 8 cardamoms.</li>
<li>Mix the grinded mixture  with 1 kg beef. Take the soft inner  part of 3-4 bread slices, mix them with the mince meat  and chop it  in a food processor.</li>
<li>Put the mixture in a bowl and add 1 tbsp of red chili powder, 2 tbsp of papaya crushed, 1/2 cup of fresh cream, 1 egg, 2 tbsp of seekh kabab masala, 1/2 bunch of finelychopped mint, 4 green chilies  chopped, 1 finely chopped onion and salt.</li>
<li>Leave it aside for a while.</li>
<li>Take a big ball of the mince mixture , and shape into a seekh kebab. Repeat until the mince mixture is finished. Now heat some oil in a pan and shallow fry the kebabs.</li>
<li>Place the kebabs on a baking  tray and in an oven for 10-15 minutes and bake them. Place the seekh kebabs on a bed of lettuce and serve with onions, chutney and nan.</li>

<li>Add chops in it and cook it till the water of chops      gets dried up.</li>

<li> Firstly cut the      beef into small pieces.</li>
<li>After that take frying pan and heat up oil in it.</li>
<li>Now add garlic and beef pieces.</li>
<li>When beef turns into golden in color, remove it.</li>
<li>Take another frying pan and cook garlic for a while.</li>
<li>After that add onion, spring onion, black pepper, white      pepper, Wooster sauce, oyster sauce and cook it for another 3 to 4      minutes.</li>
<li>Now add fried beef in it.</li>
<li>After that take one cup water which and dissolve the      corn flour in it and with that add it in to the beef.</li>
<li>Cook it for 3 to 4 minutes and your Chinese beef is      ready to eat.</li>

<h2>Method</h2>
<ul>
<li>First of all take a cooking bowl heat up oil and cook onion in it until it convert light brown in color.</li>
<li>After that remove onion from the oil and leave it for chill, when it get crispy then mashed it with the help of your hands.</li>
<li>Now take remaining oil, put cardamom, black pepper,clove, bay leave, meat and cook it well until meat convert brown in color.</li>
<li>After that add ginger/ garlic paste, tomato,now cook it for a while.</li>
<li>Now add chopped ginger, coriander, potato, turmeric, cumin, coriander, powder, red pepper, now cook it well.</li>
<li>Put salt and water as required to get potato soft.</li>
<li>When potato gets soft than add mashed onion and all spices cook it well.</li>
<li>Your special allu gosht is ready to eat.</li>

<h2>Method</h2>
<ul>
<li>Process the mince in food processor with onion, ginger,      coriander and mint leaves, kidney fat, green chilies and add all spices.</li>
<li>Process it till all of them are combined in mince which will be finely mixed.</li>
<li>Now rub a skewer with a little oil.</li>
<li>Make the shapes of      kebabs around skewers and while barbecuing them, keep pouring ghee over them.</li>
<li>Turn frequently to cook all sides evenly.</li>
<li>Serve them with kachoomer salad and raita.</li>

<h2>Method</h2>
<ul>
<li>Take undercut beef and apply jolian cut in it.</li>
<li>After that add salt, Black pepper, little bit oil, ginger garlic paste and marinate it for half hour.</li>
<li>Now take a pen put oil in it  and fry beef in it.</li>
<li>Now take another pan put 2 tbsp oil and half onion in it.</li>
<li>When onion get light brown in color then add 2 cup of water, Wooster sauce, crushed red pepper, spring onion, salt, black pepper, water and cook it for a while.</li>
<li>After that cut Button mushroom in slices and add it in the gravy.</li>
<li>When gravy gets boil then add 3 tbsp flour (bhuna hua maida).</li>
<li>When gravy get thick then adds 1 tbsp fresh cream in it.</li>
<li>Garnish it with coriander.</li>
