Apple Pakora

Ingredients:

  • Gram Flour-1 1/2
  • Apple–2 (peel it and cut it)
  • Crushed Red Pepper-1tsp
  • Crushed Coriander Seeds-1tsp
  • Salt-to taste
  • Oil-for frying
  • Crushed Cumin-1tsp
  • Coriander-as required
  • Pomegranate Seeds-1tbsp
  • Green Chili-2 to 3

Method:

  • Cut finely the Coriander, mint and green chili.
  • Take a bowl and put apple, coriander, mint, green chili, gram flour, along with all the other ingredients and mix it well.
  • Now add some water to make a smooth mixture.
  • Take a frying pot containing the heated oil and fry the mixture content in the form of pakora.
  • When it turns golden in color, remove it from the oil.
  • Serve it hot on the plate and can have it with ketchup.
